Home ... Jesus a False-Prophet?
1. DID JESUS PREDICTIONS ACTUALLY TARGET THE '1ST CENTURY'? Personally, I'd doubt it for two reasons. First, if Jesus 'thought' he was getting messages from God, but wasn't, my impression of Jesus is 'he was not that dumb'. The prophesies weren't that clear, and Jesus referenced few of them. Second, if Jesus indeed WAS getting messages from God, I don't think God would send him THOSE messages. But see what YOU think. CLIK HERE!
2. METHOD FOR ANALYZING 'JESUS' The key to analyzing 'Jesus' is to look to the listeners or readers. If a leader (Jesus and/or his disciples) were successful in attracting crowds, what were they offering that the crowds wanted? And 'where' did the crowds get their expectations?

Both questions lead us to the OT prophesies. And that's where we begin to notice that the 'messianic' prophesies weren't consistent. And Jesus probably knew that. CLIK HERE!
3. WHICH PROPHESIES DID THE NT WRITERS USE? Analyze the major writers in sequence, and what prophesies were being used. You'll notice that they 'walk away' from the OT prophesies. Why? CLIK HERE for the why Jesus had to be 're-made'.
4. THEN WHO WAS THE REAL JESUS? Jesus DID prophesy the end of the world .. and it didn't. CLIK HERE for how we suspect 'he didn't say that'. And what he 'really' said.
5. JESUS AND NO APOCALYSM? Oddly enough, Jesus taught that Israel was about to be destroyed ... and he was correct. But did he 'save us from our sins?' CLIK HERE for why you're still a Christian!

It's the inside of a 1930s-designed Steinway. 'Diaphragmatic Soundboard!' And like classic pianos, the NT had its human designers as well. True.
